Google Chrome is integrating AI-powered article summarization as part of its Search Generative Experience (SGE). This feature, referred to as "SGE while browsing," intends to provide users with summarized versions of lengthy web articles, making content consumption more efficient.

The Search Generative Experience, initially introduced at Google I/O in May, is evolving to include this new capability. Users will be able to access AI-generated key points from an article by tapping on an icon located at the bottom of the screen. This feature is designed to work exclusively with freely available web articles, excluding paywalled content.

Google Chrome Will Automatically Change Stolen Passwords
If Chrome detects that a certain password should be changed, the user will be prompted to have it changed automatically by pressing a single button in a pop-up window. The feature is powered by Google Assistant and Google Duplex technology.

The rollout of this feature will first occur in the Google app on Android and iOS, and later, it will be incorporated into the Chrome browser on the desktop. Google is actively working to enhance SGE with additional functionalities, such as providing definitions and diagrams for complex terms, making coding information more accessible, and facilitating browsing-based AI summarization.
