Samsung has already sent out invitations for its second event of the year. The Awesome Galaxy A Event will be streamed online on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM ET. According to the invitation, the event will focus on mid-range A-series devices.

The company is likely to unveil new smartphones from the Galaxy A line. Last year, Samsung presented the Galaxy A72 and A52 smartphones at a similar event. Therefore, this time, it may well add the Galaxy A73 and A53 models to its lineup.

According to rumors and leaks, the Galaxy A73 and A53 could potentially support 5G, which would be an upgrade for the A72 since the A52 already supports 5G. The A73 is expected to feature the same 6.7-inch display and Snapdragon 750G chip, while the A53 is likely to feature a 6.5-inch display and Samsung's own Exynos 1200 system on a chip (SoC). Both new smartphones will be the refreshes of their predecessors with slightly changed designs and faster chipsets.

The Samsung Awesome Galaxy A Event will be streamed on March 17 on the company's website and YouTube channel.
