Microsoft Is Testing a Dark Mode for Its Paint App on Windows 11
Microsoft has released a preview version of Paint for Windows 11, available to participants of the Windows Insider program on the Canary and Dev channels. One of the most notable updates in this release is the introduction of a dark mode theme.
By default, the application adapts its appearance based on the system settings. However, users now have the option to manually select either a dark or light theme within the settings.
In the updated Paint app, developers have also improved scaling controls, redesigned dialog boxes, implemented support for special features, access keys, etc.
The release date for the stable version of the new Paint app for Windows 11 users has not yet been announced. It is possible that it will arrive for all Windows 11 users in the coming months.
