X, formerly known as Twitter, is rolling out a new feature allowing verified organizations to post job listings on their profiles. Expected to be named Twitter Hiring, the feature enables verified companies to connect with potential talents by showcasing their open job positions. Notably, Twitter has even created an official account, @TwitterHiring, for this purpose.

Although Twitter hasn't yet officially announced this feature, some verified companies have already taken advantage of it, adding job listings beneath their bios. Interested applicants are directed to the respective company's website to learn more about the roles and apply directly.

This move aligns with Twitter's strategy to diversify its platform's functionality and compete with popular job-seeking platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. Elon Musk, Twitter's owner, hinted at such an expansion in May, indicating his interest in adding features like job listings.

Twitter Starts Sharing Ad Revenue with Creators
Elon Musk clarified that the initial round of creator payouts will amount to $5 million, and the payments will be cumulative starting from February. These payouts will be facilitated through the Stripe payment platform.

Unlike the existing practice of posting job-related tweets, this feature provides a more structured and user-friendly approach for companies to connect with potential candidates. It's worth noting that verified organizations won't have to incur additional costs to access this functionality. It appears to be included in Twitter's Verified for Organizations package, priced at $1,000 per month.
