HTC has released the Desire 22 Pro smartphone that is compatible with HTC's Viverse ecosystem and VR products. The novelty is designed as a "perfect companion" to the recently announced HTC Vive Flow VR headset.
The HTC Desire 22 Pro is a typical mid-range smartphone. It features a 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The smartphone has three rear cameras on the back: a 64-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide module, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. A hole-punch notch in its top-left also has a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The battery capacity is 4,520mAh. The gadget supports wireless and reverse wireless charging and runs Android 12. The phone also has an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.
The Desire 22 Pro is scheduled to launch on July 1 in Taiwan. HTC already has blockchain-powered smartphones in its lineup: the Exodus 1 and Exodus 1S.
