Microsoft has launched a new office application called "Forms" for Windows, expanding its suite of productivity tools. Previously available only as a web-based service, Microsoft Forms can now be accessed through a dedicated Windows client.
Forms is a versatile tool for creating surveys, questionnaires, and quizzes. The application uses AI to suggest questions based on the survey's topic, allowing for personalized customization. Users can choose themes, add images, and even incorporate music into their forms, making them visually appealing.
Getting started with Forms is a breeze, whether starting from scratch or using one of the available templates. Once a form is ready, it can be shared with participants through links or QR codes via email, social media, or Microsoft Teams.
The collected data is visualized and updated in real-time, with the option to export it to Excel for more in-depth analysis. However, an internet connection is required to use the Forms application.
